Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until January 24, 2021 with a $99 service charge fee. Transfers will not be accepted after the deadline.
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds will be processed based on date of cancellation, only after the Conference:
- Cancellation requests on or before January 24, 2021 – full refund, less $99 service charges.
- Cancellation requests on or before April 24, 2021 – refund 50% of registration fees.
- Cancellations requested after May 24, 2021 – no refund.
- No refund for E-posters
No refunds are offered for issues beyond the control such as weather conditions, natural calamities, pandemics, visa issues, travel difficulties, health issues, or the other conditions & circumstances beyond Conference Committee’s control.
Hotel cancellations made after May 24, 2021 must be handled by the individual registrant directly with the respective hotel.
